Lower abs:
1.lie flat on your back. Use your hands to feel the small space between your lower back and the floor, then tilt your pelvic so that there is no space.
2. zipper your legs together so the heals are touching and your feet form a "V", Then raise your legs on a 45 degree angle, then slowly lower and raise your legs without lifting your lower back. Do this slowly and controled.
3. Modify the movement by making half circles to the left and then to the right, then back to the center.
4. You can also do this by holding onto the back of someone's heals/back of legs with your head nearly in between their feet. Bring your legs to a 90 degree angle and allow the person to take hold of your feet. Then, instruct the person to throw your legs forward while your control the motion and bring your feet back to the person's hands 10 times. Then instruct them to throw your legs to the right and left sides 10 times each. Each time controling the movement so that your lower back doesnt raise off the floor.
HAVE FUN :)
